Blaque Diamond BD-23

Recently being hired by the automotive wheel manufacturer Blaque Diamond as an in house photographer/videographer, one of the many tasks that I will handle are product shots. Blaque Diamond is always keen to show off their custom wheels made special per request of the customer. This particular customer ordered a set of the BD-23 wheels in the desired colors shown below. Aside from making sure that the final photos are an accurate representation of the final products colors, I also made sure to display the little details that make the BD-23 the BD-23. With wheels it is important to show any branding etching and the concave that the wheels has. Product photography is a whole other world of its own, much different than the photography I do which usually relies on natural light. Understanding artificial lighting is a skill I intend to master.
